Chairman

Stuart is Chairman of L Marks ltd which invests in technology companies and provides innovation programmes to large corporates. Previously Stuart was CEO of ITIS Holdings plc which he floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2000.  ITIS was sold to Inrix Inc in August 2011.

Jonathan Burr

CEO

Jonathan Burr is a chartered accountant with 18 years experience in finance, key account sales, business development, mergers and acquisitions. From 2000-2011 Jonathan worked with Stuart at ITIS Holdings plc as Chief Operating Officer and developed the world’s first commercial floating car data system, providing high quality, real time traffic and travel information services to 16 car manufacturers.

Simon Devonshire

Non executive director

Simon Devonshire OBE, is currently entrepreneur in residence for UK government.  Simon brings invaluable experience from his extensive career working with various technology companies. He ran the business division of the mobile operator O2 for five years, and has helped scale-up an impressive portfolio of businesses including Zopa.com, the world’s first lending and borrowing exchange.

In 2016, Simon was awarded an OBE for his services in support of entrepreneurship and enterprise.

Mark Davies

Non executive director

Mark qualified as a solicitor and worked in private practice for a number of years, he is now Managing Director of a number of Property Companies and is an investor in start up technology businesses.

Louise Rogerson

Service Development

Louise is a chartered neurophysiotherapist with 18 years experience of working in the NHS in clinical, operational and commissioning roles.  Louise develops the clinical and operational elements of projects working closely with our customers throughout the development and implementation phases to ensure our products are delivering to their full potential.  Louise is motivated by a need to to expand the networks that can contribute to, and access, useful information in order to improve outcomes at an individual and population level.

Nina Embleton

Technology Lead

Nina has a BSc in Mathematics (First Class Honours) from Newcastle University, an MSc in Applied Mathematics (Distinction) from Herriot-Watt University and a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Birmingham University. Nina oversees the development of our algorithms, data analytics and systems.

Patrick Garvey

Software developer

Patrick has a degree in Computer Science from Oxford University. Patrick builds and tests prototypes for Howz and analyses the data produced to improve usability.

Iain is a Consultant Paediatric Surgeon and Clinical lead for Innovation at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.  Iain advises Intelesant on innovation.

John is Organisational Medical Director of Mastercall, an NHS Social Enterprise based in Stockport, which provides Out of Hours Services to the Stockport and Trafford areas of the North West of England.  Previously John was a GP for 19 years with an interest in gastroenterology.  John advises the company on end of life and palliative care.
